At Wilmington Motor Works, all of our technicians are equipped with a tablet to keep you up to date while your car is with us. We’ll also keep your car’s information on file, and notify you when it’s time for your next oil change or tune up. Security cameras on our lot ensure the safety of your vehicle, even when we aren’t there.

We carry only OEM parts and use only name-brand tools and chemicals for your vehicle because we want to ensure that our customers receive only the best, and that they’ll come back to us for future service. All of our tools are kept well maintained so we can get the job done correctly and on time, saving you time. We utilize the latest computer software to analyze and reset your vehicle’s computer. We take the inconvenience out of getting your car serviced. While we work on your BMW, Mini Cooper, or Mercedes Benz, you can choose to stay in our comfortable waiting room complete with a TV and Wifi, and away from the “gas station” smells and sounds. With a 75% retention rate, we think our customers are pretty happy with our services.

We put your mind at ease while we’re servicing your car. Each member of our tech team is equipped with a tablet so we can send you up-to-the-minute updates about the repair of your vehicle, complete with photos. We’ll also keep your information on file and send automatic notifications to you when it’s time for the next tune-up or oil change. We are scheduling about a week out so please make your appointment in advance. If you need to cancel for any reason please do so at least a few days in advance.”
