- Wilmington Motor Works has served the southeast corner of North Carolina since 2009. Founder and CEO Tim George studied automotive technology at the Great Oaks Institute of Technology and was named TOP GUN in 2002 and 2004. Our factory trained technicians share a combined 50 years of experience with BMWs, Mini Coopers, and Mercedes Benz. We strive to not only complete our work with 100% dependability but also to make sure our customer is fully educated about our process and their vehicle itself.
- We fully understand and respect the quality and craftsmanship of these vehicles and take every step to match that attention to detail throughout their operational lives. Many of our technicians own BMWs themselves and understand what it takes to keep them running smoothly. We use only OEM quality parts and name-brand tools and chemicals because we know only the best will do for your car.
- Each member of our tech team is equipped with a tablet so we can send you up-to-the-minute updates about the repair or upgrade of your vehicle, complete with photos. We’ll also keep your information on hand and send automatic notifications to you when it’s time for your vehicle’s next tune-up or oil change. We also offer a comfortable waiting room and kid’s area with a TV and free WiFi, or we’ll take you where you need to go while you wait for your vehicle. We strive to provide complete satisfaction and convenience for our valued customers.
- Going beyond the satisfaction of our valued customers, we also love giving back to the community. We host monthly charity events such as raffle drawings and donation drives to support local groups such as Paws Place Animal Rescue, Topsail High School, and others. Follow us on Facebook to keep up with our latest updates and participate in our monthly events.
